Terms and conditions
These terms cover every order placed on colouring-blanket.co.uk. They are kept short so you can read them before paying.
The product and its price
We sell one product: a colouring blanket in soft polyester of about 150 x 125 cm, in several patterns, with 24 colour markers, at £34.99 each. You choose the quantity on the product page or in the basket; every blanket is the same price.
The permanent pens option costs £8.99 more for each blanket that includes it. Prices are in pounds sterling and UK delivery is free. Product details come from the maker's listings.
Ordering and paying
Choose your pattern, the quantity and the pens, then pay by card or wallet on Stripe's secure checkout. A confirmation email follows your payment.
Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom only, free of charge, in 6 to 12 days from your order. Permanent pens may arrive in a separate parcel. If your parcel hasn't arrived within that time, email us your order number and we check with the carrier.
Returns
You can return your blanket within 30 days of delivery; posting it back is at your cost. The refund goes to the payment method you used. The steps are on our returns page.
Washing
The maker presents the blanket as washable and reusable. It gives no temperature, no tumble-dryer setting and no number of washes, and neither do we.
Seller
Every sale on colouring-blanket.co.uk is made by ANIMOUF LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, email contact@colouring-blanket.co.uk. These terms apply to consumers buying for personal use.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). The period starts on the day you, or someone you named other than the carrier, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, it starts when the last one arrives.
Tell us clearly that you are cancelling before the period ends, for example by email to contact@colouring-blanket.co.uk or by post to our address. You may use the model form on our Returns page, but you do not have to. Sending your message in time is enough.
Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
We email you the return address as soon as we receive your cancellation.
You pay the direct cost of sending the goods back.
We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or your proof of posting, whichever comes first, using your original payment method and free of charge. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods more than needed to check them.
On top of this legal right, our shop policy gives you 30 days from receipt to return the product, on the terms set out on the Returns page. It never reduces your right to cancel.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, your legal rights are, in summary:

- up to 30 days after delivery: you can reject faulty goods and get an immediate refund (short-term right to reject);
- after that, or if you prefer: you can ask for a repair or a replacement at our cost; a fault that appears within six months of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery;
- if the repair or replacement fails or is impossible: you can get a price reduction or reject the goods for a refund (no deduction for use during the first six months);
- you can bring a claim up to six years after delivery (five years in Scotland).
Complaints
If something goes wrong, email contact@colouring-blanket.co.uk with your order number: we answer within 24 business hours and give you the outcome of your complaint in writing.
These terms do not affect the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
