Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to send your colouring blanket back. Three steps: email us, post it, get your refund.
1. Tell us by email
Write to us with your order number and say which blanket you are returning. A reason isn't required, though it helps us to know what didn't suit you.
2. Post it back
We reply with the return address. Fold the blanket into its packaging with the pens and send it by the service you prefer; the cost of posting it back is yours, so keep your proof of postage until the refund arrives.
If the blanket arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo before posting anything: that is not a change of mind, and we sort it out with you.
3. Your refund
The refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with. We may wait for the parcel to reach us, or for your proof of postage, before sending it.

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order without giving a reason (details in our terms), and our shop policy gives you 30 days to return it. A clear email to contact@colouring-blanket.co.uk is enough; you may also use the model form below, which is not obligatory.
