Delivery

6 to 12 days, tracked

Your blanket leaves the maker's warehouse as a tracked parcel and reaches UK addresses 6 to 12 days after you order. We say it plainly because it is not next-day delivery: if you need it by a set date, count back twelve days.

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. The estimate is shown again on the payment page before you pay.

What delivery costs

Nothing: delivery is free whatever the number of blankets. Each blanket costs £34.99 with its 24 colour markers; the permanent pens option adds £8.99 per blanket.

The permanent pens come from another supplier and may arrive in their own parcel, sometimes a few days apart from the blanket.

Christmas

Order by 10 December for delivery before Christmas: with 6 to 12 days, an order placed that day should arrive between 16 and 22 December. After 10 December you can still order, but we won't promise a date before the 25th.

If your parcel hasn't arrived

If nothing has turned up twelve days after your order, email us with your order number. We check the tracking with the carrier and come back to you with what we find and the next step.
