We keep only what is needed to deliver your blanket and to answer you. This page explains what that covers.
The data we keep
For an order: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number if you give one at checkout, and what you bought. For an email: your message and our reply.
Card details never pass through this website. Payment happens on the page of Stripe, our payment provider, under its own privacy policy.
What it is used for, and who receives it
We use it to confirm and deliver your order, to handle returns and refunds, and to answer your questions. For that, it goes to our payment provider, to the people who pack and post your parcel, and to the service that sends our order emails.
If you ask for basket reminders, your email address is used for those reminders only: three at most, stopping as soon as you order or unsubscribe. A saved basket is deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
As long as your order needs it and our legal obligations require, then we delete it or make it anonymous. To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, email us.
Cookies and similar technologies
What the shop needs: your cart (local storage), the language of the order in progress during payment (session storage) and your cookie choice. These are required for the service you ask for, so they do not need your consent.
Visit statistics, only with your consent: we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to count visits, pages viewed, items added to the cart and orders (amount and reference). Google then receives the address of the pages, where the visit came from and technical information about your browser and device, and sets this site's “_ga” and “_ga_” cookies, active for 2 years according to Google. The data is kept for 14 months, with no Google signals and no personalised advertising.
Until you click “Accept”, no Google script is loaded and no measurement cookie is set. Declining has no effect on your visit or your order.
Your choice, consent or refusal, is kept for 6 months in your browser, then you are asked again. You can change it or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; withdrawal applies from then on and deletes this site's “_ga” cookies.
Google processes this data under its own rules, described at policies.google.com/privacy, and may process it outside the United Kingdom.
